Here's the latest...
Aric is officially 2.5 years old. He's totally potty trained, sentence building is outstanding, and his social-emotional ability is so much better. I can actually drop him off at preschool without him hanging onto my leg for dear life. He's in the 95th percentile (or over) for height and weight. His BMI states SOLID. He loves his fruits and veggies. He sleeps well. Overall, he's doing fantastic.
AJ is almost 5 years old. How in the world did this happen? He can undress and dress himself from head to toe. The only thing we have to work on is tying those laces. AJ has come a long way with his speech. He's on track for his age. We are anxiously awaiting our lottery/gifted/classical school results in March. The status determines so much for us as a family. If he gets into a public school we 1) save money on tuition 2) could potentially get Aric into the same school with sibling status (if he's accepted into a Magnet school. If all else fails, they will both be going to a new Catholic school in the fall. AJ will have one friend there for sure.
